A Rebellious Beginning
Born in a small village in Spain, I was always the “black sheep” — not because I fit in, but because I dared to stand out. That rebellious spirit led me to challenge the status quo from the very beginning.
My journey began with a suitcase full of dreams and just £500 in my pocket when I landed in London. From receptionist to hotel general manager, I climbed quickly, travelling the world and living what seemed like a glamorous life. But something was missing.
It took a redundancy notice — and a life-threatening head tumour — to wake me up. I realized I was living someone else’s version of success. That day, I made a decision: to rewrite my own story.
From Global Experience to Global Impact
With over 25 years of international experience, I’ve become a strategist in global leadership development and high-performance business transformation.
I’ve worked across Europe, Australia, and Asia, blending Western leadership principles with a global perspective. As a bilingual communicator in English and Spanish, I bridge cultures and connect deeply with people across the world.

I created Lead365 — a daily playbook for leadership reflection — because I believe that transformative leadership begins with powerful questions, not just smart answers.
